Terms of Service

Vivie Libre Studio. Last updated: October 14, 2026.

1. The service

Vivie Libre Studio (“the Studio”) is published by Virginie Devaine EI (sole proprietor) (“we”).

It is a web workspace used to prepare and review short videos. It sends them to the user’s own TikTok account as a draft, through the official TikTok API. Videos are sent one by one, and only on the user’s explicit action.

The user then finishes and posts each video herself in the TikTok app. Access to the Studio is by invitation and protected by a password.

2. Your TikTok account

  • You connect your TikTok account through TikTok’s official authorization page. You can disconnect it at any time from the Studio or from your TikTok settings.
  • Nothing is posted without your action. Each video is sent only after you have previewed it and clicked the “Send to TikTok as draft” button.
  • When you use TikTok features, you also accept TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. When you post, you also accept TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation.

3. Your content

  • You keep all rights to your videos and captions. You give us only the permission needed to store them and send them to TikTok at your request.
  • You must hold the rights (or licences) to all images, clips, music and voices in your videos. You must respect the rights and image of the people shown.
  • You must label AI-generated content as required by TikTok and by law. You must declare commercial content (your brand, branded content) when relevant.
  • You must not use the Studio to post content copied from other creators or platforms, spam, or content that breaks the law or TikTok’s rules.

4. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the Studio available but do not guarantee it. TikTok may change, limit or stop its API at any time.

We are not responsible for decisions taken by TikTok about your account or your content, nor for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.

5. Suspension

We may suspend access in case of misuse or breach of these terms. You may stop using the Studio at any time and ask for deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Price

The Studio is provided free of charge.
