1. Who we are
Vivie Libre Studio (“the Studio”) is the video production workspace of the creator behind “Vie de Corée”. It is published by Virginie Devaine EI (sole proprietor), Voeuil-et-Giget, France (“we”).
We are the data controller for the processing described below. Contact: contact@vivielibre.com.
2. What data we process
- TikTok account data, received when you connect your TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit: your TikTok open ID, display name and avatar URL.
- Access tokens: the access token and refresh token issued by TikTok, stored encrypted.
- Videos and captions that you prepare in the Studio and choose to send to TikTok, with the date, time and destination account.
- Action log: who sent which video, when, and with which settings (to prove that each upload was requested by you).
- Technical logs of our server (IP address, date, page requested), for security.
We do not collect your TikTok password, your followers, your messages or any other content from your TikTok account.
3. Why we process it
- To connect your TikTok account and show you which account will receive a video.
- To send a video to TikTok only when you click the corresponding button. It arrives as a draft in your TikTok inbox. You then finish and post it yourself in the TikTok app.
- To show you the status of each upload.
- To keep the Studio secure.
Legal basis (GDPR): performance of the service you requested (art. 6(1)(b)). And our legitimate interest in security and in keeping proof of your consent (art. 6(1)(f)).
We make no automated decisions about you and no profiling. Your data is never used for advertising.
4. How long we keep it
- Access and refresh tokens: until you disconnect your TikTok account, or at most until they expire (refresh token: 365 days). They are deleted at that moment.
- Videos and captions sent to TikTok: 90 days after sending, then deleted from our server.
- Action log: 12 months.
- Technical server logs: 30 days.
5. Who receives it
- TikTok: only the video files and settings you choose to send, through the official TikTok API. TikTok then processes them under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider: Hostinger International Ltd. Our server is located in the United Kingdom (Manchester).
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else.
Transfer outside the European Union: because our server is in the United Kingdom, your data is stored outside the European Union. This transfer relies on the adequacy decision of the European Commission for the United Kingdom (GDPR art. 45).
Cookies: the public website vivielibre.com uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Security
Access to the Studio is protected by a password and HTTPS. TikTok tokens are encrypted on the server and never shown in the browser.
7. Your rights and how to delete your data
- Disconnect at any time: in the Studio, “Settings → TikTok accounts → Disconnect”. We revoke the token with TikTok and delete it immediately. You can also remove the app from your TikTok settings (“Security → Manage app permissions”).
- Deletion on request: write to contact@vivielibre.com. We delete all your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Under the GDPR, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@vivielibre.com. We answer within one month.
- You can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr).

The Studio is not intended for people under 18.
